Can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be provided to you VIA email.
Is my personal information stored?
We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using SSL encryption and your credit/ debit card information is never stored.
Can I make a return on my order?
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item. Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we always carefully inspect each order prior to shipment.If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. For returns, please return the item/s to us in original condition within 7 days of receiving it and a store credit code will be issued. All returns are to be notified in writing within 7 days from the date of receipt. The date of receipt is determined as the date our courier officially delivers the order to the address specified.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.
Paradise Road reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the item is not returned in the specified condition.
Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are only offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform their function.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Bath products, used, washed, final sale items purchased with codes cannot be exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When sending returned items to us we recommend that you use a registered tracking courier as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned. This may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Once an order is submitted, can I make any changes to it?
Our apologies. As noted online we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order. Due to our Live Order system, once the submit button is pressed the order is electronically processed and sent for processing and fulfillment.
How do I select gift-wrap?
Our products have the option for gift-wrap for delivery within Sri Lanka only. Some larger items, cannot be gift wrapped. Gift messages can be included on the packing slip of any order at no extra charge.
How do I create a Gift registry?
Complete the create registry form on My Registry and start adding items to your registry list.
How do I find a registry?
Enter the first and last name of the person who created the registry on My Registry and start adding gifts from the registry list.
